This 4-Part exercise class is designed for disc golfers to learn specific exercises and warm-ups (Arm, Shoulder, Back, Lower Body) to promote healthy tissues to keep playing longer while reducing pain and avoid injury! Limited in-person spots. Online all access. Everyone gets 30 day access to recorded videos.
